Subject: Re: Elroy pay
Well we are not sure if the chicken will be happy with this , as the chicken has already gone through Errols hol.....besides this Errol asked Elgin who went to Hendrika who refused to give credit. She then asked Marenda who is now fired whether she would like to share the chicken with Elroy who could not find it - this is a cock up . the kitchen staff claims everyone is lying about this fukken chicken
Please let us know how we account for this...

Subject: Elroy pay
Hi,
Elroy shouldn`t have been deducted pay for chicken…R167.40, and Errol who should have been deducted wasn`t.As Errol`s wages are already spent,he can not pay Elroy.
Is it possible for a payment to be made to Elroy and I can deduct the chicken off next month`s salary.
Thx
Lois

A good year!
...and what a year it has been so far. 2012 started off with a pop (a special thank you to all our wonderful, wonderful supporters and fellow imbibers...what would we do without you) and has continued flowing into March with a harvest of note! The cellar is filled with over 150 000 litres of the most delicious wines and bubbles Bramon has become synonymous with. New cultivars are increasing the range - despite avid interest from resident birds and baboons. Anton and Peter have been scheming up cunning plots to distract beast and fowl (but they are not to be averted).
We had Anton for supper late last night (one has to keep one's winemaker well fed and watered) as the press was being cleaned between pressings. With his spirit high on creativity and anticipation for the 2012 vintage, he bought us the latest tank tastings. They ranged from clean, crisp, green grass to tropical passion fruits and pineapple...perfect gifts of summer. What never ceases to astound me is that this ancient tradition all comes from our own back yard - Plettenberg Bay. My clever Peter has started a thing of beauty. What lovely wines Bramon, Andersons, LuKa, Newstead and Bitou have bought in...congratulations fellow wine growers!!!!!
After steak and mash we opened a bottle of Tio Pepe our friend Cindy had bought back from Spain as a gift. Dry and delicious, we didn't have a clue what was written on the back (with it being in 5point and in Spanish) but we didn't need it as the grapes spoke for themselves. Friends, family and pets gathered round a good bottle at the end of a late summers day. A good year indeed.
